Communications and Influencer Marketing Manager

Charterhouse is working in exclusive partnership with an iconic global brand which is seeking a talented Communications and Influencer Marketing Manager to join their Regional HQ in Dubai.

The main purpose of this role will be to manage the influencer marketing strategy which also includes influencer relationship management. You should have your own portfolio of influencers and celebrities within the UAE and wider GCC, with whom you have established strong relationships. You will source and identify the right influencer mix for the brand DNA and work with them closely to execute brand collaborations and activations. You will be also responsible for management of communications strategies, support of social media campaigns, planning and execution of various events, in addition to seeking opportunities to collaborate with other successful brands. This role will involve travel to other GCC regions as well as Brand Head Quarters in Europe. Our client is looking for someone who can be an excellent representation of the brand and help to deliver the highest quality communication strategies and influencer collaborations.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years’ experience working at a managerial level, either in-house or in an agency environment, working with luxury and / or beauty brands. You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both, English and Arabic. French is considered an added advantage.

This role requires someone who can be flexible to adapt around the needs of the business, which can involve attending out of hour’s events and influencer meetings. The role requires a self-motivated and driven individual with strong networking skills and impeccable presentation.
