This is an excellent opportunity to join a multinational, Professional Services firm, with over 80 offices globally and over 100 nationalities included in their workforce, and the world’s leading advisor on business strategy.

The Communications Coordinator is responsible for leading the internal and external communications functions for the company. Essentially, they will have to act as a spokesperson for the company, optimizing exposure and executing local external communications strategies. In order to do this, they will have to manage and keep a relationship with the PR agency and oversee a variety of PR activities which would include, launch event, press releases, interviews, ad-hoc queries and local content development.

Moreover, the Communications Coordinator would have to oversee media monitoring and tracking of the company, key competitors, clients/targets within the regional press, and distribute relevant information and articles as appropriate. This should be done by building and maintaining healthy relationships with key editors and journalists and by consulting the company's share of voice and key messages in the media.

The Communications Coordinator will be assisting the Marketing Manager, with developing local ME Media Pipeline based on global and local publication calendar and assist with executing outreach. They will also work with Partners/spokespersons to prepare for interviews/ press launches and conduct media training where required.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have to possess a bachelor level degree as well as 3 to 5 years experience in B2B Marketing in Communication. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook, excellent oral and written communication skills, exceptional organizational skills, ability to set and be flexible with competing priorities are all desirable qualities. Ability to communicate clearly with immediate stakeholders is a must and being tenacious with follow-ups and a high attention to detail is required. It is vital that the successful candidate should be able to perform well in a fast-paced, deadline driven and service-oriented environment. The successful candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and also have the ability to work independently and effectively.
