Job description / Role
Our client , a global leader of luxury beauty products , is looking for a Temporary Communications Coordinator.
The role supports the departments drive to enhance the individual brand reputations and increase customer awareness.
- Assist with Press which includes but not limited to - Press kits/material: prepare, compile and dispatch press kits, products material to send to press, Monitor Media , Coordinate with translator , Event/photo shoot coordination
- Establish and maintain good relationship with Media through constant interaction and follow-ups on coverage.
- Gather and suggest creative ideas to support the team in maximizing the budget.
- Support the team in all Communications events or project based work.
- Enhance self-understanding of product information, Communications and Marketing calendar, and sub-categories under the Communications Dept.
Number required: 1
Duration: 5 months, potential to permanent opportunity
Desired start date: Immediate- August

Requirements
- Degree or equivalent in PR, Media or Communications
- At least 1 year PR agency experience handling clients in a similar or related industry
- Good Command of English and Arabic is a must.
