Job description / Role
We are working on behalf of our highly prestigious client, well regarded and an employee of choice in the region as they continue the expansion of their Marketing team. Reporting to a Senior Marketing Director, the Communications Executive will be part of a strong team and will support the strategy for internal and external communications for the company.
With excellent verbal and written skills in Arabic and English, you will be responsible for all print material, web content, social media, press releases and media and communication planning in both Arabic and English, ensuring brand conformity. Additionally, you will identify and recommend key events to the Director that the company should be involved with and be able to manage the full 360 event logistics. The knowledge database must be updated regularly, including the bibliographies and media library. Additionally, you must be adept at working with the media and external PR agencies.
Candidates must have had at least 3 years’ experience previously and be used to working in a very project driven manner. Strong administrative ability and presentation skills are vital with a strong focus on attention to detail. There will be considerable liaison with third party consultancies and this role will protect the brand and ensure standards are adhered to. We are specifically seeking candidates with Communications, Marketing and/or PR experience from the banking sector or a recognizable international PR agency. Please note: An undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline is mandatory for this role.
