The Communications Lead will be responsible to promote and embed the company's values and strategic direction.

The Communications Lead will be responsible for the following:
* Working closely with the CEO and senior leaders to communicate the company's strategy and highlight achievements and challenges.
* Drive high quality internal communication from major stakeholders to inspire employees and create a culture of transparency and openness
* Drive high quality external communications to ensure the company is seen as an employer of choice and a leader within it's industry
* Develop an internal communications strategy and plan to convey the company's vision and inspire employees continually about the mission. This includes developing and delivering via multiple channels and tools to meet objectives and measure success
* Develop an external communications strategy and plan to include multiple channels, digital and printed
* A focus on creating a strong social media presence on currently available platforms to display the story and profile of the company
* Be a guiding influence and driver for the continuing development of the company brand
* Provide communications counsel, coaching and support to the CEO and wider leadership team
* Support colleagues in the development of their communications, initiatives, presentations and messaging
* Create, write and edit compelling content, for example, press articles, CEO speeches and internal presentations.
* Work with the HR and CEO to support internal / external events, roadshows and presentations to local universities for talent acquisition

Job Offer
16,000 - 20000 AED p/m

Requirements

* Proven experience of successfully operating in communications role in a complex and / or global organisation.
* Strategic thinker with gravitas, able to define and implement a communications strategy in accordance with corporate objectives.
* Creative thinker with proven experience of creative campaigns for employees to understand the company's vision, values and strategy.
* Familiar with developing intranet sites and using internal communication tools.
* To have a deep understanding of local culture, concepts and sensibilities
* Must have skills across a variety of disciplines, including but not limited to: Internal & External Communications, Stakeholder Engagement, Brand/Reputation Management, Media/Public Relations and Campaign Management.
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
* Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills across diverse groups of people both verbal and written
