Communications Manager

Job description / Role

• Develop together with the Marketing Director an integrated Communications plan for the Center
• Oversee all communications strategies and related activities.
• Build strong relations with retailers and liaise with them on a regular basis.
• Develop and coordinate the implementation of joint initiatives/events with retailers.
• Meet and coordinate with retailers for all branding support wherever applicable.
• Assist the Marketing Director in initiating tenders for appointing advertising and communication partners.
• Coordinate with all advertising and communication partners. Brief/liaise implementation/Assist/ follow-up and assess performance.
• Report regularly on campaigns and activities.
• Report regularly on competitive environment.
• Build strong relations with key stakeholders including government entities; community groups…
• Initiative barter deals and aim at securing sponsorships to optimize the Marketing budget wherever applicable.
• Oversee and manage all touchpoints related to the Center including website/wayfinding/branding channels.
• Coordinate with the different departments internally to ensure all marketing activities are in line with procedures and executed in a smooth manner.
• Assist with managing budgets.
• Assist the Marketing team in conceptualizing and implementing all activities and events.
• Assist the Marketing Director with other retail properties as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• At least 5 years of experience in Marketing, Communications or similar field
• Candidate should have worked either in shopping malls/retail environment or in advertising agencies as an Art Director or an Account Manager.
