Communications & PR Specialist

Job description / Role

Public Relations & Communications:
• Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance the company’s reputation. Build and maintain relationships with media representatives, journalists, and influencers. Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other promotional materials.
• Content Creation: Draft content for various platforms including websites, newsletters, and internal communications. Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate press events, product launches, and community outreach programs. Manage PR/Media relations for events/campaigns.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and public relations matters. Monitor public perception of the company and respond to inquiries or issues as they arise.
• Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies through metrics and KPIs. Prepare reports on PR activities and their impact on brand awareness.

Salary: up to 12- 14K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills (Eng/Ara)
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Open to fresh graduates with a degree in Communications/PR/Marketing.

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 14,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
