The Incumbent will be responsible to creating the vibrant environment within our center’s by connecting with the members through events. She/he will also be responsible for managing and enhancing the experience of our serviced office community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering relationships, ensuring smooth daily operations, and providing exceptional service to our members.

Main Responsibility

• Develop and execute community engagement initiatives such as education, lifestyles, member appreciation and sale related initiatives to create a vibrant and collaborative environment
• Organize and coordinate networking events, workshops, and business meetups to foster connections among members
• Collaborate with local team members to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Monitor community feedback and generate insights to improve overall member experience.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports on community and identify areas of improvement
• Stay updated with industry trends to implement best practices in serviced office community management
• Address inquiries, concerns, and feedback from community members in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor discussions and address any potential conflicts or negative sentiments proactively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above ideally with a background in hospitality
• 3- 5 years of experience in community management, serviced offices, hospitality, or a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A customer-centric mindset with a passion for creating outstanding workplace experiences
• Fluency in Arabic & English
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and strategic planning skills.

Salary:
AED 7,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
