Job description / Role
On behalf of our client, a well-known multinational Professional Services Company we are looking for a Community Coordinator. The Community Coordinator will be responsible for internal communications, alumni and developing the marketing strategy for young leaders, implementing it to achieve the set KPIs.
The Community Coordinator will oversee and collaborate with regional and local teams to implement the initiative for the young leader community, organizing annual conferences and networking events. Also, the Community Coordinator will work with the marketing manager to prepare the internal comms strategy to inform, engage and connect employees so they can be their best and help to implement new internal comms strategy. They will be responsible for executing marketing and communications efforts for the company alumni. Furthermore, managing the budge by planning, and tracking the full community budget and preparing analysis and reports for budget discussions as required.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, and have the ability to set and be flexible with competing priorities. Strategic internal comms or community experience but also proven track record of implementation and impact, will be required. Excellent English oral language skills including writing and editing is essential, knowing Arabic is a plus. Someone who is compatible with flexible working hours including frequent travels to areas in the region. Experience in creating engagement and community belonging using internal comms, events and digital platforms, are some skills that are advantageous. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and effectively with the ability to communicate clearly with immediate stakeholders. They should be able to perform well in a fast-paced, deadline driven and service oriented environment and be a team player, highly motivated, energetic, resourceful and friendly.
