The client is a boutique consultancy firm specializing in asset, facilities, and estate management with a strong focus on mega and giga developments. Established in Dubai, the firm has gained a reputation for providing bespoke, integrated solutions across the GCC, Middle East, and internationally. Their services encompass a wide range of areas, including cost modeling, management strategies, and legal structure advice, aimed at ensuring the long-term success and sustainability of their clients' projects
Description
* Client Relationship Management: Understanding client challenges and objectives to provide tailored advice and maintain strong relationships.
* Operational Reviews: Conducting comprehensive reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with best practices in estate management.
* Strategy Development: Creating and presenting actionable operational strategies that align with client goals, particularly in service charge schemes and lifecycle management.
* Project Management: Overseeing the execution of consulting projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the company's quality standards.
* Industry Expertise: Staying current with industry trends and contributing to the company's knowledge base, while also supporting business development activities by identifying opportunities and assisting with proposals?

Requirements:
The successful candidate for this role will be an experienced professional with at least 10 years of experience, including at least 2 years as a project lead. They will have a strong background in facilities management, particularly in hard services, and ideally some exposure to soft services and community management. The candidate should possess an advanced degree in engineering or a related field and demonstrate high adaptability, with the ability to learn new technical skills and apply knowledge across different contexts.
Experience working within the GCC is essential, along with the flexibility and legal ability to travel within the region. The ideal candidate will have consulting experience, professional certifications (such as FMP, RICS APC, or PMP), and potential for leadership growth. Proficiency in Arabic and a strong professional network are also beneficial for this role?
