As community manager will strive to delight players with language that resonates with them. You’re artistic and write with bravado. Furthermore, you’re a Strategic thinker; you will recognize their current processes and identify ways to improve the overall gaming experience that is appropriate for the Middle Eastern Market

Requirements

Requirements

• You have five years’ experience in community management and can speak English and Arabic fluently with extensive knowledge of Middle Eastern Culture.
• A talented writer in both Arabic and English
• You’re Stylistic- you understand what quality content looks like, you have extensive knowledge of gaming, literature and movies and how that can promote the gaming experience.
• Leadership- you have a broad understanding of leading, growing and evolving a team.
• Work in partnership with internal teams to plan, set and adhere to localization budgets and schedules.
• Be player driven - understand that subpar efforts lead to an overall diminish in player experience and that it is your responsibility to ensure they get the right kind of attention.

Expectations

• Be able to manage all projects and assist in planning new lunches, assessing timelines for content releases and monitoring for cultural and technical mistakes.
• Work with teams and vendors throughout the entire process
• Grow a team centered on exceeding player experience.
• Revise forms and fan-made pages to understand what is needed to enhance the overall experience.

This position requires someone who is passionate about gaming and understands the community within.
