Community Manager

Job description / Role

- Execution of the social media strategy and digital communication.
- Dynamism the digital content per the general strategy of each venue of Grupo Meshico in the different accounts.
- Creation of specific communication plans for each channel and project.
- Read and respond to guest on all online platforms.
- Monitoring and analyzing social networks to detect areas of improvement for the organization, its projects and integrate them into the different strategies.
- Creating creative content appropriate to each social network in relation to the different projects and activities.
- Execute, or propose, the action plan in case of an image crisis of Grupo Meshico in the digital environment.

Requirements

- Knowledge in Social Networks: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, TripAdvisor, Google My Business.
- Content strategy.
- Content creation (graphic, textual and audiovisual).
- Copywriting.
- Monitoring.
- Video editing (basic).
- Previous work experience in similar activities. Previous experience may also be demonstrated through personal projects and work participation activities.
- Good communication skills in English.
