Community Manager

Job description / Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Community Manager to oversee the operations and foster a thriving living environment within our luxury apartment complexes in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional resident experiences, managing facilities efficiently, and building strong community relations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day management of luxury apartment communities ensuring high standards of service and maintenance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with facility management teams to ensure cleanliness, safety, and facility upkeep.
- Organize community events and initiatives to enhance resident engagement and satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and service contracts to optimize operational efficiency.
- Monitor community performance metrics and report to senior management.
- Implement community policies in compliance with legal

- Proven experience in community management or facility management, preferably in luxury residential properties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Familiarity with local regulations and standards related to property management in Dubai.
- Proficient in relevant software tools and systems for facility and resident management.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Property Management, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 6 to 8 years UAE Experience.

Salary:
AED 15,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
