Responsibilities

The LIVE operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns, and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users. We are looking for a highly motivated, community operation manager to support the growth of TikTok LIVE in the MENA region. You will work closely with creators, helping them scale their presence, improve LIVE content quality, and grow sustainably on the platform.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators to drive sustained LIVE content growth.

Deliver structured creator education and coaching to improve content quality, platform understanding, and LIVE performance.

Monitor creator metrics regularly and provide data-driven guidance to optimize their content strategy and streaming outcomes.

Support daily creator operations by offering timely communication, troubleshooting, and motivation to encourage consistent live streaming.

Collaborate cross-functionally to design creator campaigns, optimize content initiatives, and maximize platform impact.

Develop community engagement strategies to grow, support, and retain creators through events, feedback loops, and creator-led activities.

Provide strategic insights grounded in MENA LIVE trends to shape creator operations and drive the overall performance of the LIVE ecosystem.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in STEM, business or a related field.

Experience working with top creators, MCNs, talent agencies, media companies, or livestreaming platforms.

Strong understanding of the LIVE ecosystem including monetization, gifting, content optimization, user growth, creator economy, and MENA social media trends.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ambiguous environment with strong ownership.

Proficiency in Arabic and English to effectively support creators across the MENA region.

Preferred qualifications:

Familiarity with platform tools such as Discord, aDnalytics dashboards, CMS platforms, and creator management systems.

Experience designing or executing LIVE campaigns, creator activations, or online/offline community events.

Passion for TikTok, digital entertainment, mobile content, and creator culture.

Ability to handle multiple high-profile projects simultaneously with strong project-management skills.
