Employment: Full Time

Our client, an exceptional brand in the Leisure and F&B sector is looking to hire a Comp & Bens Manager to provide support to the Head of HR.

This role requires someone that is able to provide analysis of salary structures, employee benefits, labour law across a wide variety of countries across the Middle East, Africa and Australasia. You will be someone that is able to play a key role in the HR team assisting in the development of new salary scales for new projects.

Requirements

The successful candidate must be someone that has the ability to work to strict deadlines, have highly effective interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written skills in English. Ideally you will have strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail as well as strong IT skills.
