Client Interaction:
• Able to guide and handle queries regarding the entire company formation process, highlighting the advantages and disadvantages of each structure.
• Advise on relevant licenses and permits based on the client's business activity.
• Coordinate and manage the routine correspondence of the existing clients daily on various subjects as and when required within 24 hours response time.
• Liaise with government authorities and Free Zone representatives on behalf of clients.
• Keep clients informed about the progress of their application and address any concerns promptly.
• Follow-up and coordinate post setup services such as corporate bank account opening, immigration, and visa related services, office administration services, document clearing and attestation services etc.

Process Management:
• Manage the entire company formation process from start to finish, ensuring all legal and administrative requirements are met.
• Handling the day-to-day management of a portfolio of clients in different jurisdictions, collection of KYC and compliance documents for new and existing clients, preparation of Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association, Trade License Application, and Power of Attorney, etc.
• Research and stay updated on changes in UAE business regulations and Free Zone policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (compliance, HR, accounting, PRO) to ensure seamless application processing.
• Proactively manage the timely renewal of all Employment Visas and Labor Permits, and company related licenses.

Document Management:
• Maintain accurate records and client database for efficient tracking and follow-up.
• Prepare detailed reports on company formation activities and client satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of company formation processes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in company formation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in company formation in the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE company formation laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Familiarity with various Free Zone jurisdictions and their specific requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in CRM and office software.
