Company Formation Specialist / Business Setup Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Company Formation Specialist / Business Setup Consultant to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will guide entrepreneurs and businesses through the process of company registration, licensing, and setup to help them establish a successful presence in the UAE market. Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on company formation processes and legal requirements in the UAE.
- Assist clients with business licensing, registration, and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and submit company formation documentation to relevant authorities.
- Coordinate with government bodies and free zone authorities to facilitate smooth business setup.
- Provide expert guidance on visa processing (including Golden Visa) and immigration procedures related to business setup.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering professional consultancy services.
- Stay updated on UAE business laws, regulations, and market trends to offer accurate advice.
- Support clients with their bank account opening processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams on corporate tax, VAT, and compliance services (offered in-house).
- Deliver exceptional client service from initial consultation to post-setup support.

- Proven experience in UAE company formation
- Strong knowledge of mainland and free zone regulations
- Excellent communication skills (English required; additional languages are a plus)
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented (knows how to effectively use a CRM)
- Ability to manage multiple client portfolios
- Strong team player with a proactive mindset and the confidence to take initiative when needed

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
