We are seeking a Company Formation Specialist to join a business consulting firm in the UAE. The role requires an experienced professional who can manage the full spectrum of corporate services related to company setup, amendments, closures, and compliance with UAE government regulations. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through complex processes and ensuring that all legal and administrative requirements are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Company Setup & Registration

• Manage end-to-end processes for establishing new companies across various UAE jurisdictions (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore).
• Liaise with relevant government authorities to obtain approvals, licenses, and permits.

Corporate Amendments & Compliance

• Handle amendments to company structures, shareholdings, licenses, and corporate records.
• Track expiration and renewal dates of client documents (licenses, visas, contracts) using Excel and proactively update clients.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the UAE.

Company Closures & Dissolutions

• Oversee the process of company liquidation or dissolution, including cancellation of trade licenses, deregistration, and settlements with government entities.

Legal Document Preparation & Review

• Prepare and review key corporate documents such as Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), Memorandums of Association (MOA), Articles of Association (AOA), Powers of Attorney, and dissolution documents.
• Ensure that all documentation is accurate, legally compliant, and aligned with UAE standards.

Client Support & Advisory

• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing clear instructions, process guidance, and realistic timelines.
• Prepare detailed reports and explain government processes in a professional and client-friendly manner.
• Support clients with government transactions across online portals (DED, MOHRE, Immigration, Free Zone portals, etc.).

Operational Flexibility

• Work outside of normal hours when required to meet deadlines or urgent client needs.
• Adapt to a demanding, fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in UAE company formation, amendments, and liquidation across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of UAE government portals and online services (DED, MOHRE, Immigration, Free Zones, etc.).
• Familiarity with corporate legal documents (MOU, MOA, AOA, company dissolution papers).
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for tracking deadlines and reporting).
• Strong client-facing skills: able to explain processes, timelines, and requirements clearly.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Flexible to work outside regular hours and under pressure when needed.
