Employment: Full Time

Our client, a leading company in the UAE is looking to hire a Company Secretary to join their growing team in Dubai.

As a Company Secretary, you will be responsible for the review of new business and the day-to-day administration of a large portfolio of Cayman, BVI and DIFC companies. In addition to performing the corporate administration function for a large group of clients, the Company Secretary is accountable for ensuring good corporate governance is maintained and all AML requirements are followed.

Requirements

To qualify for this role, you must have an undergraduate degree and ideally hold an ICSA or legal qualification. Candidates must also have a thorough understanding of KYC procedures and excellent technical, organizational and communication skills are all required. Experience in ViewPoint software is highly desirable.
