Employment: Full Time

The Company

Robert Half are working with a major investment organisation based in Dubai to recruit an experienced Company Secretary. You will be responsible be the efficiency of the workload of the Board of Directors. You must be a qualified Company Secretary with at least 5 years experience to be successful in this role.

The Role

* Manage all board level correspondence
* Arrange and notify senior stakeholders of meetings and committees
* Record and distribute minutes
* Register Board resolutions and voting results
* Manage up to date Bylaws ad DOAs
* Draft and execute resolutions and circulars
* Ensure implementation of Board resolutions
* Maintain relevant legal documents
* Ensure compliance with committee charters, SCA regulations and company bylaws
* Keep track of any legislative, regulatory or governance amendments

Requirements

The Candidate

* BA in relevant field
* Qualified as Company Secretary
* In depth knowledge of SCA regulations
* Perfect written and spoken English - Arabic a plus

Salary and Benefits

30-40K aed per month
