Compensation and Benefits Analyst (6 month extendable contract) for Abu Dhabi Government Entity

A government entity in Abu Dhabi in the financial sector is hiring for the following role:

Role Title: Analyst - Compensation and Benefits

Role Type: Contract (6 months) with possibility of extension based on business needs.

Role purpose: Payroll and compensation and benefits administration, implementation of performance management system and rewards initiatives and timely completion of the annual performance review cycle.

Role responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of the total rewards framework and strategy and support its implementation.
- Administer payroll and manage employee allowances and benefits.
- Benchmark employee compensation and benefits.
- Administer and handle UAE and GCC Pensions.
- Handle employee medical insurance.
- Processing of yearly salary increments, bonus and promotions.
- End-of-employment settlements and clearance.
- Support the development and implementation of the Employee Performance Management system including development of the the performance management cycle, processes, timelines, scoring and reporting.
- Support training related to performance management system.

Salary:
AED 15,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or any other related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources focusing on Compensation, Employee Benefits and Rewards.
- Must be a native Arabic speaker.
