Employment: Full Time

- A DIFC investment organisation is seeking further support within their HR team, with the appointment of a new role concerning compensation & benefits.

- Those with a minimum of 3 years of payroll exposure and international practices are required for this position, alongside strong excel and data management skills including V and X look ups.
- There are also small elements of accounting administration for this new position as you will be required to perform reconciliations, accounts receivable and payables from a payroll perspective and manage invoices for the benefit providers.
- Managing all payroll processes you will support the Head of HR with the verification of salary payments, increases and promotions, incentives, bonuses, applicable taxes, expenses, and benefit deductions, from initial onboarding through to the complete employee life cycle and end of service payments.
- You will also ensure that health insurance, retirement plans and any enhanced benefits are applied and checked regularly to ensure no room for error and a “right first time” approach.
- The Compensation & Benefits Coordinator will support the senior team with timely reports regarding cost, detailed salary and benefits analysis and market activity to ensure the organisation remains competitive in their offerings.

Requirements:

- This is a highly detail orientated role and requires those with strong capabilities in managing large volumes of data accurately, and the ability to work to strict deadlines.
- Great communication skills are essential as you will also act as the point of contact for any employee queries and it is also expected that the successful candidate will have local labour law experience and 3 years of payroll expertise.
