Job Summary:
As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, overseeing and implementing Ecolog’s compensation and benefits strategy. Your goal will be to develop and implement an overall group strategy that will attract, retain and motivate our talent while reducing turnover.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
• Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organisational objectives.
• Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that is aligned to Ecolog’s strategy and business goals.
• Participate in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
• Prepare job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications.
• Design and develop various reward mechanisms as per the various functions within the organization.
• Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices
• Ensure all compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation in all our countries of operation.
Requirements
Qualifications and competencies
• BS degree in human resources, business administration or finance
• 5 years’ + experience in compensation & benefits.
• Demonstrable experience with job evaluation and job analysis systems.
• Strong quantitative, analytical and presentation skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English
