Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

* Support the Head of HR with the delivery of the annual performance management and compensation review process.
* Complete the annual compensation survey submissions and prepare analysis of survey results.
* Assess current compensation levels relative to the external market and to internal salary ranges and bonus plans, using multiple survey providers.
* Support the salary and bonus budgeting process.
* Collate and analyse performance ratings, salary and bonus recommendations and provide summary reports.
* Work towards becoming first point of contact for the HR team during the annual performance review process.
* Provide support to the Head of HR on day-to-day tasks and ad hoc projects such as annual equity processes, Job Architecture maintenance/rollout and new incentive scheme designs.
* Work with the HR team to projects that might be of a generalist nature. HR Field to ensure quality and integrity of the employee data.

Requirements

* Excellent academics from a top tier university.
* Strong analytical skills with excellent Excel skills.
* Ideally will have gained 3 years plus experience in a Rewards role with a Management Consultancy or leading multinational firm.
