Compensation & Benefits Manager - Dubai
My client, a large Prestigious group in Dubai, is seeking Compensation & Benefits. This is a very Senior Appointment and requires a very Professional individual. You will Contribute to the development of the strategy for the Reward function, in conjunction with the VP Reward & HR Governance, ensuring alignment to the objectives and strategy of the company.
You will be Developing the group-wide with regards to the compensation and benefits programs outlining the guidelines for the Group's reward system, compensation and benefits policies. As and when required you will participate in the development of the policies and procedures framework that will allow the function to effectively meet its objectives and targets, in line with overall HR policies and procedures, and the Group's strategy and direction.
The ideal candidate with have at least 10 years experience and 3 in the UAE and a Degree in HR/ or a related subject from a reputable University.
