Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will:

- Plan, implement and administer the annual compensation planning cycle, including the development of applicable tools, processes, timelines and communications.
- Ensure the effective and disciplined execution of compensation plans and programs.
- Review market benchmark surveys, analyze competitive market data and develop recommendations.
- Ensure overall compensation is competitive, through market analyses, creative use of rewards programs, and a focus on delivering an employer of choice strategy through strategic and operational HR excellence.
- Identify compensation trends and continually review current practices and policies to ensure best practices are utilized.
- Provide guidance to management and representatives on all benefits offers.
- Design and implement new programs to support compensation strategy and business needs, ensuring market competitiveness.
- Develop programs to educate leaders/managers on compensation programs to reinforce the organization's culture and compensation principles.
- Enjoy working in a multicultural environment.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- 7+ years of pure HR experience, preferably in a multinational firm.
- Bachelor degree in Business or Human Resources from a reputable University.
- Strong analytical skills with proven abilities to take large volumes of data and then analyse trends and produce a result.
- Strong communication skills, including excellent written and verbal capabilities. Strong presentation skills a plus.
- Knowledge of labor laws, benefits administration and compensation.
- Project Management experience would be considered an asset.
- Fluent in English (Reading, Speaking and Writing). Preference will be given to Bilingual candidates (Arabic/English).
- Advanced level of technical proficiency and computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Management).
