Job description / Role

You have a talent for compensation and benefits and a solid understanding of the fundamentals of total reward. You are an expert in job evaluation using the Hay system, and regularly use Hay market data to support compensation decisions. You have a track record of devising innovative reward solutions to solve specific issues in complex business environments, including sales compensation and commission schemes, performance bonuses and routine salary reviews. You know how to turn all that technical knowledge into user-friendly and warm policy documents to guide fellow HR professionals and employees alike. You understand the differing reward practices in different market sectors, such as retail, trading, energy and chemicals. Requirements
You are a graduate with at least 5 years of compensation and benefits experience in the UAE, preferably in the energy sector, and you want to live and work in Abu Dhabi (Musaffah area). You relish a challenge and work fast to meet tight deadlines, always with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
