Our Client is a top tier organisation with a global footprint and a superb reputation within their industry and beyond.
We are working closely with their Middle East office to find them a compensations & benefits specialist who knows not only this region but who has also had exposure to the African market which is an area of rapid growth.
As an individual you will have a truly governance oriented mindset and thoroughly understand the expat compensation structures in both the Middle East and Africa. You will be an Excel whiz and super savvy with numbers.
Reporting into a dynamic leader in the HR space, you will need to have the gravitas to partner with senior stakeholders along with the conviction in your knowledge to communicate clearly and transparently; you will have superb presentation skills and the ability to work cohesively in a team as well as independently.
This is a fast paced environment with an exceptionally friendly and professional team. Knowledge of senior level compensation would be a distinct advantage as would the overall knowledge of the market.
