Job description / Role
We are currently recruiting a Compensation & Benefits Supervisor for an exciting opportunity with an extremely well reputed Dubai headquartered business. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of compensation, benefits and payroll related activities.
Requirements
Applications are sought from those with at least 10 years of experience in relevant compensation & benefits work. It is essential that you have extensive experience in managing payroll processing through Oracle or other ERP systems. You will also have proven experience on Hay methodology grading and benchmarking and ideally a detailed understanding of UAE labour law.
Management experience is essential coupled with working in a large GCC organisation. It is essential that you have a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources with industry certifications such as CIPD & specialist Compensation & Benefits highly advantageous. You will have an excellent command of the English language and have highly effective interpersonal skills.
