Compiler Engineer (ML/AI)

Charterhouse is working with a software development company that is a leader in their field. They are growing the technology team in the UAE, and are looking to hire a Machine Learning Compiler Engineer.

This is a great opportunity to join an expanding company that is innovating and disrupting its niche sector. With Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Machine Learning (ML) being a focus in the UAE, they are looking for an expert in this field.

The role will be responsible for developing and optimizing compilers and software tools that target hardware accelerators like GPUs, TPUs, and specialized AI hardware. This role’s work will directly impact the performance of large-scale machine learning applications and enable breakthrough innovations in deep learning and AI model deployment.

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will have worked in a similar role previously for at least 4 years and hold a Bachelor’s or Masters’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or a related field.

Our client is looking for this Complier Engineer to be proficient in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc. The ideal candidate should also have previously worked with machine learning compilers and models. The team is passionate about what they do and they are looking for someone that has a similar mindset to them.

Excellent communication skills in English are essential for this position.
