Job description / Role
The Compliance Coordinator should be objective and independent when evaluating and investigating compliance issues in the university, and demonstrate his ability to hold confidential information.
The Compliance Coordinator should ensure that employees are in compliance with the rules and regulations of regulatory and accreditation bodies, and that university policies and procedures are being followed.
Key Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain a log of all non-compliance incidents, investigations, audits, and written complaints
• Prepare reports of all breaches by employees documented in findings, audit findings, and litigation
• Formulate compliance audit data by collecting and evaluating internal and external information.
• Provide administrative support by implementing systems, procedures, and policies
• Plan and perform Internal Audits in order to ensure compliance with the university policies and procedures
• Nurture and uphold all manuals, forms other documents as per the requirements of the ISO standards
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of the university activities by performing and documenting internal audits as well as writing audit reports and follow up activities to ensure adherence to written and approved processes
Requirements
The compliance coordinator should be well trained in compliance procedures, policies, and standards. He should at least be a bachelor degree holder with an experience of about 2-3 years within a quality function and having the below knowledge and skills:
• Audit skills ( Have a good eye for details)
• Excellent knowledge in ISO
• Collection and analysis of information and data.
• English language proficiency.
• Arabic language is an advantage.
