Compliance Data Administrator

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a top US Law Firm who are looking to hire a Compliance Data Administrator to join their team in DIFC. In this position, you will be reporting to the Director of Operations for the Middle East & APAC.

The Data Administrator will update and maintain information on the Firm’s databases and computer systems, as well as assist with related administrative tasks within the compliance department. You will work with the compliance team and be responsible for ensuring all data is up-to-date, in an effective and accurate manner.

Your main responsibilities will include interpreting corporate documents, inserting client data, reviewing data for deficiencies or incompatibilities as well as researching and obtaining missing data, and generating reports while complying with data integrity and security policies.

Requirements

To be considered for this position you must have a bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) and have administrative/secretarial experience, preferably in a Law Firm or in professional services. The successful candidate will require strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

You should be able to perform repetitive tasks with an excellent degree of accuracy. High levels of proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to type at a speed of at least 65 words per minute are both required.
