Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The role of a Compliance Officer is to make sure that the company is conducting its business in full compliance with all national laws and regulations that pertain to its particular industry. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the bidding process to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency of the tender to proposal submission process

Description
• Compliance - Ensure that the business is aligned with the applicable laws, regulations, regulatory rules, as well as the bank's policies.
• The main purpose is to mitigate the risk of regulatory enforcement actions RFP Tender process - Coordinate requirements for RFPs and Bids and push for timely submission and ensure account team are fully informed on bidding requirements
• Immigration and work visas - Coordinate employee visas alongside HR/ PR company
• Overall Process responsibility and General/Ad hoc duties

Requirements

Candidates who apply must have all of the following:
• Arabic speaking, proficient in reading and writing (legal drafting)
• Previous experience working in Compliance / Bidding within the GC
• Education to university degree level or equivalent
