Employment: Full Time

A leading bank in Abu Dhabi is currently looking for a Compliance Manager to lead, plan and direct activities of operations department to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that risk and control environment across the operations departments are adequately represented in the relevant in order to ensure that all material risk have adequate control in place.
• Perform independent process/control reviews for operations departments.
• Identify, assess and manage compliance risks within their respective business units.
• Design, implement and monitor relevant compliance controls to manage the identified compliance risks.

Requirements

Candidate's Requirements and Qualifications:

• Relevant Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 10 years work experience in one of the following domains: compliance, operations, internal control and operations risk management across the banking industry.
• Strong knowledge on RSCA Implementation/Control Reviews for Operations within Banks
