Compliance Manager - Corporate And Fiduciary Services

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Manager to oversee our client’s compliance operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring their organization adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies while managing risks associated with corporate services and fiduciary activities. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures related to the clients activities.
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the company's services and compliance strategies.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to ensure adherence to internal and external regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders to promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory agencies and management as required.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all compliance-related inquiries.
- Train and educate staff on compliance policies, practices, and ethical standards concerning fiduciary responsibilities.

Candidate Profile
- Candidates who have previously been approved by the DFSA as CO/MLRO are preferred and will be prioritized

- Fluency in Arabic will be highly regarded
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CAMS, CCEP) is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance management, preferably in the corporate services or fiduciary sector.
- Strong knowledge of regulations pertaining to trust funds, corporate and fiduciary services, particularly in the UAE and other relevant jurisdictions.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex regulations and their implications for the business.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and to manage compliance effectively within a service-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Salary:
AED 35,000 to 45,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
