Job purpose

This role provides administrative and operational support to ensure that compliance policies, procedures, and controls are accurately maintained, monitored, and documented, contributing to the overall effectiveness and integrity of Emirates' compliance function.

To assist with the planning, organizing and administering all Compliance Monitoring Ground Operations activities relating to supporting and communicating as necessary within team as well as other operational units.

In this role you will:

• Deliver audit pre-packs for EKAS and SkyCargo stations within the pre-audit window.
• Maintain the audit calendar and assign auditors, communicating any central requests.
• Update and maintain section manuals.
• Compile and distribute audit reports to auditees and senior management on time.
• Update QPULSE data, checklists, and suggest system efficiency improvements.
• Provide compliance reporting and administrative support for EKAS and SkyCargo stations and network.
• Prepare monthly and annual audit reports (MER, Audit Summary, Outstation) highlighting trends and recommendations.
• Liaise with regional managers to address anomalies and track compliance feedback.
• Support management by participating in local audits as required.

Qualification

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:

• 12 years schooling or equivalent
• 2 years' experience in aviation preferred, but not essential - we also value strong backgrounds from other industries.
• Knowledge of Ground Operations and relevant interfaces within an airport environment
• High level of computer literacy
• Prior exposure to Quality Systems
• Knowledge of ISO standards, auditing, documentation and report writing
