Job description / Role
• Responsible in making sure that all documents submitted comply with the standard requirement requested by the licensing authority
• To meet and fill out forms and prepare documentations for the client to review and sign
• To meet and assist clients on behalf of the Sales Agents when required
• To coordinate with clients and constantly follow up regarding all company setup related documents/requirements
• Responsible in making sure that all tracker and ZOHO Books/CRM are updated when new sales are received
• To make sure all trackers and client’s details are updated in ZOHO Books/CRM when processing an application
Requirements
• Open to Asian and Arabic nationals
• 40 years old and below
• High School Diploma or any equivalent field
• With at least 2 years of experience in a customer facing role
• Must be proficient in English & customer service skills
• Must have experience with ZOHO CRM, ZOHO Books and able to use ERP & MS Office
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred
