Position Title: Compliance Officer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

A leading player in healthcare products and services in the UAE and other MENA Region


Job Description:
- Thorough understanding of compliance regulations, attention to detail, analytical thinking, effective communication, and the ability to implement and monitor compliance programs effectively.
- Ensures the company’s operations, products, and activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs to ensure that employees are aware of and understand regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as legal, quality assurance, and clinical affairs, to ensure alignment in meeting compliance objectives.

Qualifications:
- Open to Arabic and Asian nationalities
- 40 years old and below
- At least 2 years in medical field with proven experience in pharmaceutical regulatory affairs, compliance, or quality assurance.
- Must have strong understanding of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and industry standards and able to conduct audits, investigations, and risk assessments.

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
