Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Registration and ownership of lands and projects process in Dubai.
- Representing and dealing with Governmental regulatory entities in UAE
- Owners association Management
- Managing Commercial license renewal and membership and registration
- Database Management of developer and internal
- Manage annual department budget
- Listing mandatory templates and forms used by all departments, reconciling them and providing guidance internally
- Creating fact sheets / workflow for requirements of compliance transactions
- Ensuring compliance of each company's activities and components to the applicable authority (Freezone & LLC) and rules and regulations
- Preparing and generating departmental reports

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years experience within the relevant field in UAE.
- Must have ability to manage the team.
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- Must be an Arabic speaker.
