Compliance VP - Global Markets and Global Treasury

Job description / Role

Our client is a leading regional bank across the GCC, with an international footprint.

They are currently looking to hire a Compliance VP - Global Markets and Global Treasury.

- This role will be based in the UAE but includes the responsibility of GM AND GT compliance advisory in all of the banks international locations.
- The main purpose of the position will be to provide advisory support to the Global Markets and Global treasury business by ensuring compliance with the rules, regulations and best practice.
- This will include leading and managing the creation, implementation and monitoring of the Global Markets and Global Treasury Compliance framework and plan, to properly address the Compliance needs and requirements within those business lines, in line with the laws, rules and regulations.

Requirements

- At least 10 years of experience within the banking industry, a minimum of 7 within Global Markets Compliance.
- Excellent understanding of Regional and International laws and regulations in relation to Global Markets.
- Bachelors degree in a relatable field.
