Job description / Role
The following are general job descriptions which would later be specified and discussed further in the interview stages:
• To develop, design and present architectural models and master plans.
• To develop feasibility studies based on the guidelines of the client.
• Plan and develop Concepts and Schematic Designs.
• Adept in developing innovative Concept designs
• Reports in coordination with the various design disciplines.
• Production of unique architectural Pre-concept Design, Concept Design, Schematic design
• Assisting in tender documentation & specification.
• Revision & assembly of informative reports based on client requirements.
• To lead the project’s direction and coordination with structural engineers, building services specialists and other teams.
• Liaising with teams of architects, engineers and designers to produce high quality design work, reports & documentation in the form of client deliverables
• Handling a client facing role & review as well as representing the professionalism of the organization at all times
• Ability to work within the timelines set by project heads
• Accountable for the accuracy and quality of work
• Site Inspection with design / technical assistance when / if required
• Be able to represent the company's local authorities and provide appropriate solutions to any problems that may arise.
• Consistent in seeking to improve the company’s design & operational quality efficiently & intuitively
Requirements
• The applicant must have at least 5 years of experience working in the UAE for reputable Architectural Firms and has been involved in large-scale design projects.
• Applicant must at least graduate of BSc in Architecture.
