Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Are you an Arabic Speaking female with previous managerial experience working for a luxury Department Store? My client is a French Multinational Fashion brand operating in Dubai. The main purpose is to create, and consistently refresh, a store environment that excites and stimulates the customer, to ensure their return and enthusiastic communication of their experience to contemporaries. To build and develop long term relationships with customers. To ensure that all operational activities support achievement of the customer service, financial and profit goals for the boutique.

Some of the key responsibilities are:

Customer Service:
- To ensure that the client is the main focus at all times. To set a standard that exceeds the benchmark for customer service within the luxury retail industry. This includes ensuring the team are fully conversant with all products and services available in the store including product care, after sales and stock availability.
- To create a dynamic and positive team in order to maintain an environment in the store conducive to generating sales.Sales & Financial targets:
- To work closely with the Retail Manager in order to:- Achieve store targets on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.- Monitor weekly and monthly product sell through, gauging trends of best sellers and reacting to stock levels. Monitoring and reacting to slow moving stock whilst providing commercial solutions.

Visual Merchandising
- To ensure that the merchandising is in line with the companies image and commercial objectives of the store.- To ensure impeccable standards of housekeeping, in all areas of the store, at all times
- To ensure that stock is correctly labelled, tagged and available on the shop floor at all times as appropriate.
- Ensuring that the stock is in the best possible condition for sale at all times. If any product is not on the shop floor, it should be stored, so as to avoid damage.Training and Development
- The store manager is responsible for the training and development of all retail selling staff within the store and will work with Assistant Managers and Senior Sales Consultants to provide regular customer service and product training seminars.Communication
- To hold regular team briefing sessions with retail selling team using all forms of communication available.
- To ensure communication flow with Team.Staffing
- Daily task planning & ensuring completion of tasks by self and other staff- Produce monthly staffing schedules that ensure proper coverage to provide high levels of customer service and maximise sales in the store.Stock and Security- You are responsible for ensuring that stock is properly stored, cared for and tagged to reduce damage, soiling and theft.
- To be aware of Company and Store Security procedures and ensure they are adhered to at all times.
- To ensure team are aware of how to use tagging & other security systems in store- To ensure that all stock is protected at all times

Requirements

- Bachelor graduate
- Minimum of 5 years in operating luxury stores, and 2 years in a managerial position.

Languages spoken: Arabic (mandatory)

Computer skills:
Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
