Construction Data Analyst (Power BI)
8-10,000 AED Per Month Plus Flights & Medical

• Project - Iconic Building with a VAST Civil Engineering Package
• Reinforced Concrete Structures & Sub-Structure works
• Major Client - well known brand
• 5 Year Program
• Based 15 Minutes drive from Business Bay in Dubai

Do you have experience handling data on construction projects from costs, schedules, materials, safety, workforce, equipment, etc. to create insights that help project managers and executives make decisions.

• Managing and maintaining the Power BI dashboards for:
• Project cost tracking
• Schedule performance (Gantt, milestones, critical path metrics)
• Budget vs actuals
• Resource and equipment utilization
• Safety KPIs (TRIR, incidents, compliance)
• You will be integrating the data, analysis, collaborating and presenting. Working with the project controls, planning, finance & administration team

Following is ESSENTIAL as per the clients wishes:

• Analytical, methodical approach to Data analysis & inputs
• Currently based in Dubai with relevant experience
• Software experience handling ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards)
• Hands on skills handling construction management tools (Procore, BIM 360, Primavera P6)
• Good IT & Excel skills

Salary:
AED 9,000 to 11,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
