Charterhouse is working with the Dubai office of a leading global law firm that is long established in the UAE, with a high profile construction practice forming part of its full service offering. Out client is looking to hire a Junior Construction Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join its existing team and play a key role in the conduct of a mix of litigation and arbitration cases across the region.

The role will involve working closely with the partners and representing clients ranging from Master Developers to sub-contractors in relation managing and successfully resolving cases. As part of a small team you would be hands on and confident taking on responsibility and liaising with clients.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be a qualified solicitor with demonstrable construction litigation experience gained at a recognised law firm, ideally in the UAE, or looking to relocate from the UK or Australia.
