Construction Disputes Partner / Partner-Designate

Charterhouse

Dubai, UAE

Ref: GP186-4588

Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse are currently working with a UK headquartered law firm that is looking to bring onboard a Construction Disputes Partner / Counsel / Partner-Designate to strengthen its existing offering in Dubai. The firm has an existing successful construction disputes offering, therefore, as part of the growth strategy for the region they are looking to hire a further Partner, Counsel Or Senior Associate looking to move into partnership.

The firm would be interested in speaking to an individual established in the UAE / Middle East market, with a strong skill set and developed client network. This would be an excellent opportunity for an individual who is perhaps feeling marginalised to join a law firm that has construction work at the core of its offering and strategy.

Requirements

The level of entry into the firm i.e. either partnership or counsel, will depend on the individuals profile and business case. This role could be attractive to a partner looking to move, or a Partner-Designate that has some business experience but found the path to partnership blocked and would therefore be interested in exploring alternatives.
