Construction Disputes Partner / Partner - Designate

Charterhouse

Dubai, UAE

Ref: GP186-4762

Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse are currently instructed by a global UK headquartered law firm that is looking to bring onboard a Construction Disputes Partner / Partner-Designate to play the lead role in relation to its construction disputes offering in Dubai.

The firm has a successful construction disputes offering in the region and internationally, which as part of the growth strategy for the region they are looking to bolster with the addition of a further Partner, Partner-Designate or Senior Associate looking to move into partnership and a lead role.

The firm would be interested in speaking with an individual established in the Dubai / Middle East market, with a strong track-record, network, some client following and business case, along with skill set.

This would be an excellent opportunity for an individual who has perhaps hit a glass ceiling or is feeling marginalised to join a law firm that has construction work at the core of its offering. Alternatively, those looking for the next step and the opportunity for a fast-track to partnership.

Requirements

The level of entry into the firm i.e. either partnership, counsel, etc will depend on the individuals profile and business case. This as a strategic hire could be attractive to a Partner looking to move or a senior Associate / Partner-Designate with some business case that has found the path to partnership blocked and would be interested in exploring alternatives.
