Job description / Role
As a Dubai Municipality licences Construction Engineer (G+12), the civil construction engineer must study and review the tender document and ability for quantity take off using latest computation method and ability and capability to do construction Drawing (IFC Drawing) and taken in advance site survey and Geo technical reports. Preparing Construction scheduled preparing all required work permits and licences and prior construction stage.
Civil Construction Engineer must estimate and determine the total cost of a project. The associated costs can include:
Site inspections
Tests regarding sewage, drainage or elevation levels
Materials
Equipment
Labor costs
including other indirect cost.
As a Construction engineers manage a variety of parties involved in any given job. They are also responsible for supervising a job to its completion while paying special attention to the allotted budget for the project as a whole. They must have good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. They should be able to pay meticulous attention to detail. Construction engineers should also have strong analytical, math and problem solving skills.
Requirements
Master/Bachelor Degree from an recognized university
Compulsory approved by Dubai municipality in the category of Construction for the level of G+12 or higher level
Must have a rich and professional minimum 10 years experience for high-rise projects.
Must have a vast experience of engineering software's (AutoCad, 3D MAX, Revit, SAFE, Etabs,etc.)

Our properties include batching plant, cranes, mixer trucks, loaders, case loader, excavator backhoe, trailers, bulldozers, graders, dump trucks, water trucks, rollers, and other essential hand tools. Mobilization of equipment will take place within seven days after the contract signing or as per mutual terms. Equipment of all types has been purchased based on the company needs; leasing or rental arrangements exist with some largest equipment suppliers.
A well-trained cadre of maintenance personnel who are long time employees assures equipment operating efficiency. Boundless efforts were made to hire well-organized workers to take pride on their work. Engineering and support personnel are all well-qualified long term employees. Overhead personnel are kept to a minimum to reduced non-productive expenses. The Engineering staff, in addition to being theoretically qualified, is all "hands-on" types with the ability to perform field responsibilities.
BCC is interested in contracting for civil works and paving in Saudi Arabia and all gulf countries. All projects undertaken by the company are being supervised by experienced professional engineers together with Mr. Al Harbi. A Project Manager is appointed to supervise all activities from the time of order through installation, commissioning at site, and up to the end of the contract period. The company has a good standing record of always finishing work on-time and accurate to its specifications.
