Employment: Full Time

Construction Lawyer - Government Entity in Abu Dhabi

Construction role with a government organisation, this hire will work on various forms of construction contracts aside from the standard commercial aspects of any in-house position

Client Details

Well known and highly regarded government entity, known to have a nice working environment and culture. Small and close-knit legal team


* Heavy involvement in a range of construction contracts but FIDIC and JCT in particular
* Drafting and negotiating all inhouse contracts including HR policies, vendor contracts, agreements, etc
* Prepare all official documents, contracts, RFP's and agreements in co-ordination with all the relevant sectors/Departments

* Minimum of 6 years of legal experience
* In depth knowledge of FIDIC and JCT contracts
* Fully fluent in Arabic and English
* Experience of working either for a multinational or another governmental entity
