Construction Manager

Job description / Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the execution of high-rise building and villa projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure efficient and effective construction processes.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on work status, cost management, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any site issues, ensuring seamless project flow.
- Collaborate with the project team to plan and execute project stages and deliverables.

- Experience: 10+ years in construction management, with a strong background in high-rise and villa projects.
- Industry: Main contractor experience required.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary:
AED 22,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
