Construction Manager

Sembol Construction, a global leader in construction, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in Dubai, UAE.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes and regulations in the UAE.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deadlines.
- Oversee the construction process, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring effective cost control and financial management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure all project specifications and milestones are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
- Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
- Lead and mentor the construction team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all construction phases.
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring the best terms and conditions for the company.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve construction processes and efficiencies.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations in the UAE.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are highly desirable.
